Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is the original plant-based omega formula, created by health pioneer Udo Erasmus. It has been made to the same principles since 1994.

Each bottle combines organic flax, sunflower and sesame oils — 96.68% of the blend — with virgin coconut oil, evening primrose oil, rice bran oil and oat bran oil, all cold-pressed to protect the delicate fatty acids.

The blend is formulated to a 2:1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6, plus omega-9.

What we can tell you

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA. One tablespoon of Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend provides 5.7g.

Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The polyunsaturated fats in Ultimate Oil Blend can be used in place of saturated fats in your diet.

How to take

Shake gently before use. Take 1–2 tablespoons daily, with food.
