- Choose how often you want it delivered — every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days.
- That's it. Your order arrives on schedule at the subscription price, and you can change or cancel it whenever you like.
Why it suits these products in particular
Most of what we make is taken daily, and most of it only makes sense taken consistently. Running out for a fortnight because a reorder slipped is the most common reason people stop.
Choosing an interval that matches your pack size removes that. Some guidance on what that looks like:

The oil is worth a particular mention. It is an unrefined, cold-pressed oil that must be finished within a set period after opening, so a subscription interval that matches your actual usage matters more here than with a capsule.
Changing or cancelling
You are in control of your subscription. You can change the delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or cancel entirely.
