Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
2 tbsp Udo ́s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 scoop Udo ́s Choice Beyond greens
1⁄2 tbsp maple syrup
Lime zest, from 1 lime
1⁄2 tsp lime juice
1⁄2 tsp lemon juice
1⁄2 tsp white miso paste
1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper, freshly grated, to taste
Himalayan Pink salt, to taste
Method
Combine rolled oats and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, stir Udos Ultimate Oil, nutritional yeast, Beyond Greens, maple syrup, lime zest and juice, lemon juice, miso, garlic until well combined.
Spread granola evenly over a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 41 °C for 12 - 24 hours, or until crispy.
If no dehydrator, it can be oven-baked at 140 °C for 10 minutes or until very lightly toasted.
Cool before serving or storing.
