Ginger Zingers

Ingredients
2 Apples
1 Lemon
10 inch Ginger
Small bunch of mint leaves to garnish

A fiery way to ensure your daily omega intake.

  

METHOD

Prepare the fruit by slicing them lengthwise into roughly 2 cm thick strips. Juice all the produce by feeding it a slice at a time through the chute. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Ultimate Oil Blend before serving if you wish. Garnish with mint and drink immediately.
 

TIP

Juice the lemons together with the peel if they are organic, otherwise use a citrus squeezer.
